The municipal housing company in Simrishamn is a small but good example of a far-seeing company with belief in the future. Olsson & Linder made an overall inventory and lighting design plan for the whole housing stock. The first ever in Sweden.
The housing company has its stock of dwellings in several small towns in the south/east part of Skåne (Österlen) in southern Sweden.
